They show you the numerator. Prices rising, wages growing, markets climbing. They do not show you the denominator, which is the money itself, which is falling. Bitcoin is a mirror held up to this arrangement. When measured against a fixed supply the theft becomes visible and this is why it frightens the people it frightens. They do not fear the volatility.
